No obligation

Tell us about your house.

A few details about the property, then how Kevin can reach you. Nothing here commits you to accepting an offer, and not every house qualifies.

A clear next step, at your pace.

A direct sale starts with understanding the house and what you need from a move. There is no obligation to accept an offer.

01

Start with your house.

Share the address, condition, and what you have in mind. You do not need to have every answer yet.

02

Speak with Kevin.

Talk through your priorities, access to the property, and a timeline that would work for you.

03

Consider the next step.

If the property is a fit, review a written offer, its conditions, and the estimated net proceeds. The decision is yours.

A closing can happen in as little as 7 days once the property and title are ready. Timing is agreed in writing, and no date is guaranteed before an agreement. When title and property conditions allow.

IF THERE IS A FIT

Review the details before deciding.

Any proposed purchase is subject to property review, title, access, due diligence, and a written agreement. Ask how the offer accounts for repairs and other costs, and who pays each closing expense.

If you choose to proceed, closing arrangements and dates must be agreed in writing. When the property and title are ready, that closing can happen in as little as 7 days. When title and property conditions allow. Take independent advice when you need it.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Questions people ask at this point.

Do you come out to the house before making an offer?

Not usually to start. A conversation about the address, the general condition and the timing comes first, so you are not tidying up for a visit that may not lead anywhere. A property review happens before anything is final.

What happens between an offer and a closing?

The written terms, a title review, and whatever due diligence the terms call for. Each of those can turn something up. That is the point of doing them, and it is why no closing date is guaranteed before a written agreement.

Can I change my mind after I accept?

A signed contract is a contract, so the time to ask every question is before you sign, not after. Ask for the terms in writing, have someone independent read them if you want to, and take as long as you need. There is no pressure applied at any point here.

Who handles the closing itself?

A title and escrow company does, as with any other California property sale. You are not relying on the buyer to run the mechanics of the transaction.

WHEN YOU ARE READY

Let’s talk about what comes next.

Tell Kevin a little about the house and what matters to you. A conversation is a place to start, not a commitment to sell.
